Musical legend Kieran Hebden is Four Tet, who, over the years, has remixed artists as diverse as Aphex Twin, Sia, and Black Sabbath. As well as working in a myriad of collaborations and guises, the lush electronica of Four Tet is his signature sound.

Featuring a brief snippet of Ellie Goulding’s voice, Baby will feature on Four Tet’s upcoming album Sixteen Oceans. Combing his love of expansive textures with urban rhythms and built around that killer vocal sample, the London-based musician shifts the dial at times to an ambiance that’s supremely chilled, yet with a garage-infused flavour that’s as addictive is it is sophisticated.

2020 sees Four Tet perform in North and South America, as well as Europe, including what is sure to be a killer set at Parklife in Manchester. Sixteen Oceans is due out in March. You can also listen to Baby on Bandcamp and Spotify. Details about the album and live dates can be found online at Four Tet’s Instagram and Twitter accounts.
