New Music: L’Age d’Or – Savior

  • New Music: L’Age d’Or - Savior

French band L’Age d’Or create something amazing on Savior; a track that has a manic electronic urgency you’d associate with Mr. Kitty, the cold wave shade of Trentmoller and pours on to that a sheen of the indie rock sounds of acts like Editors to give us a sound that is very much their own. The video below contains graphic and violent images.

Giving off a sense of claustrophobic desperation, the song has an air about it that keeps the listener involved, wondering where they will go next.

The track is taken from their new album Shades Of Us with was released on the 12th of May via Xviiiemepeninsule Records. Savior can be streamed on Spotify or bought on Bandcamp.
