Mono Club is the musical collaboration between members of Goldheart Assembly and Lyla Foy. The sextet takes a sun-drenched California sound and applies some London indie street glamour, as you can hear on Sleeping.

The band are releasing a track every few weeks in the lead up to their EP release in September and on listening to Sleeping it promises to make the summer last that little bit longer. Like an indie Abba, or a more introspective Fleetwood Mac, the harmonies invoke daydream moments and the gently chiming arrangement, especially the guitar melody, adds a comforting feeling of womb-like warmth.

Mono Club’s Sleeping is out now, you can find details on how to stream and download the track here. To find out more about and other releases head over to Bandcamp or check out their social media including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
