New Music: Vessels – Deeper In A Sky feat. Harkin

  • New Music: Vessels - Deeper In A Sky feat. Harkin

Vessels have dropped a new single, Deeper In A Sky featuring Harkin (aka Sky Larkin’s Katie Harkin) on vocals.  It’s the third single to be taken from their new album The Great Distractionwhich is due for release on 29th September via Different Recordings. The track is a wonderful slice of swirling rocktronica – have a listen to it on the link below.

Vessels say of the track, “This song was inspired by a short story by Aasimov called The Last Question, and is from the perspective of an artificial intelligence who’s survived until the heat death of the universe.

It ties in thematically with Radio Decay from the album, which is about the last signals of a dead civilisation drifting out into infinity.” You can find more information on purchasing and streaming Deeper In A Sky here.
