Shipping & Returns //
We operate a single, flat rate shipping price per order:
Rest of World: £5.00
All in-stock orders are shipped on the next working day by standard class mail. If you’d like to arrange recorded delivery, Next Day or couriered service please contact us ahead of ordering and we’ll be happy to help (there may be an additional charge for this).
Please note that if your order contains items not yet released, we will wait until all parts of your order are are ready before sending it out. If you’d like in stock items to arrive before items that are not yet available, the easiest way to ensure this is to make seperate orders.
Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to love their purchases from us, but if for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your item then you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement with no questions asked.
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition (i.e. still in the original packaging or shrink wrap and with labels still attached if applicable) within 30 days. In the case of CDs, DVDs, vinyl or cassettes we are only able to accept unsealed returns where the item is damaged or faulty.
In the unlikely event your item is damaged in transit to you or doesn’t arrive, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can raise this with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement for you.

We’ll cover the return postage cost, and we’ll ship any replacement items to you free of charge. Please keep proof of postage on any returned items, just in case they go missing on the way.
Please note that as with all other tickets outlets, purchases of tickets are non-refundable and not covered by our returns policy unless the event is cancelled.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
