New Music: ViVii – Carmel Beach

I can resist everything except temptation. And when listening to Carmel Beach, another chilled dream-pop jewel from ViVii, who can blame me? The band exists in the same space as Still Corners and Beach House, though here, they bring a sun-dappled 60s folk edge to their sound. Carmel Beach is pure bliss in musical form.

The track features on the trio’s Mavidavilon EP which is out now via Stockholm-based label Dumont Dumont. The band plays Almost A Festival in Uppsala later this month.
