New Music: ARXX – God Knows

Hanni and Clara are ARXX, a queer alt.rock outfit based in Brighton. They dropped their Ride or Die album via Submarine Cat Records recently and a real highlight is the glossy pop-rock sound of God Knows. Like the whole album, it’s definitely one for fans of Pale Waves and Metric.

Says the duo about the pop sounds of God Knows, “We really pushed ourselves to step into Dua Lipa’s shoes. We were able to live our Cher dreams and dive into the world of auto tune and swoopy synths.”

They also revealed about the heartfelt and emotionally impacting lyrics, “God Knows is about the tension between two people who really care for each other, trying to move through their differences.”
