New Music: PLATRONIC- Dreams

German-Finnish dreampop Duo PLATRONIC is singer-songwriter Kay Burden and composer-producer Some-E. They say they formed on EBM Day, which might give you a hint as to what new track Dreams might sound like. Have a listen below to find out though – you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

If you’re a fan of the European dark electronic scene, you’ll find Dreams very much to your liking. The classic piano tones of the introduction give way a brooding, dreampop-infused slice of electronic heaven, reminiscent of VNV Nation and Kirlian Camera, as breathy vocals glide over a barnstormer of a bassline. Anthemic but with a human edge, Dreams will get your brain thinking and your feet moving.
