New Music: Worlds – Good Shit

Random trains of thought often go through my head. One of them was about what a modern version of Gainsbourg and Birkin would sound like if their particular brand of erotic troublemaking was to appear today rather than the 1960s. Good Shit answers that question with considerable gusto, seeing new Los Angeles duo Worlds blending pop, art and sass to serve up four minutes of aural pleasure.

Though it’s their debut release, the duo have a great music pedigree – Erica Driscoll of Blondfire fame and Anthony Polcino aka Antoine Diligent combine their talents and influences to create a track that revels in its bubblegum perversity.
