New Music: Totemo – See You At The Beginning

2019 saw Totemo release her first full-length Everything Happens Only Once. A burst of live activity sees her drop a video for album highlight, the engaging but moody pop of See You At The Beginning.

Totemo says the song “touches on themes of courage and sacrifice in the face of failure” and it does so in a sensitive and relatable manner. With a vocal delivery that seems born both of heartache and an inner resilience, she breathes life and meaning into the lyrics, as the trip-hop/downtempo electro of the arrangement pulsates with a quiet energy.
