Liverpool producer and synthwave artist, Kalax (Lee Blanshard) has teamed up with Brighton based Venezuelan Anton Vic on the smooth and emotive Let Go – check it out below.

The gossamer light vocals provide a heart wrenching vehicle for some deeply affecting lyrics that reflect on the pain of waiting and the pain of love. It’s done so well you’d swear you were living every moment as it happened to the singer.

A pulsating 80s ambience breathes under a very modern sheen, fresh and very much in sympathy with the vocals, leaving the listener moved and soothed in equal measure.  Electronic music rarely sounds this human.

Kalax will be announcing details of his third album in the upcoming weeks and on this evidence of this collaboration with Anton Vic, it’s sure to be a real winner!

Let Go is out now and can be downloaded and streamed on Bandcamp and all major digital platforms – head on over to the Kalax and Anton Vic Facebook pages for more details.
