New Music: GLOSSER – Movies

With the release of their DOWNER album fast approaching, Washington dreampop duo GLOSSER gives us another glimpse of what’s to come on new single Movies.

The track builds on the sound of their previous single Disco Girls, as Riley Fanning and Corbin Sheehan add a suitably cinematic air and some deeply moody electronic hues to their musical palette. Like a dreampop version of Video Games by Lana Del Rey, the song possesses a lush yet wistful sound, even as it builds to a suitably widescreen climax.
