New Music: Magnetic Skies – Back To Life

Published On: July 29th, 2025|

November sees Magnetic Skies embark on a short UK tour, and uptempo new number Back To Life is a guaranteed highlight of their live set.

The track, the second single from their upcoming album, is a wonderful mix of nostalgia and the now, with the synth feel of the New Order/OMD bass line swirling around an otherwise post-punk meets dream pop arrangement.

The vocals reach for the stars, as do the lyrics, with a subject matter that’ll appeal to fans of futurepop and the cosmic, reflecting how we’re made of stardust, and that connection will always be there, renewing ourselves within the cosmos and our lives.

Back To Life, and previous releases by Magnetic Skies, can be downloaded on Bandcamp. For album news as well as details of live appearances, head to the trio’s Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram socials.
