New Music: Eve Minor – Lazarus
A self-described ‘NYC sassy punk brat’, Eve Minor cites Industrial, black metal, trap, and punk as influences on her dark and pleasingly dissonant sound. If you want to know what that eclectic mix sounds like, listen to new track Lazarus.
Though it comes in at a little over a minute, it packs a hell of a punch into that sixty seconds or so of dark Industrial meets trap mayhem. It shares an affinity with the likes of Lana Del Rabies, experimental and cinematic with a hint of horror. Like all good horror movies, it can be hard to take, provides a scare or two, but also leaves you thrilled as much as scared.
