The sublime All OK is the second taster from Parisians Pencey Sloe’s upcoming debut album Don’t Believe, Watch Out which is due out on 27th September. Check out the Benjamin Berzerker directed for the track and find out why there’s such a buzz about the band.

Coming at shoegaze from a dark if not darkwave angle, Pencey Slow bring a lightness of touch to the genre. Where others might go for a more sensitive and swirling sound, on All OK the trio go for a tighter, clearer approach in terms of production and arrangement. That serves to enhance the overall otherness of the song, which along with the everyday meets abstract symbolism of the video, wills the listener to lose themselves in the music for a few gloriously daydream moments.

All OK is out now via Germany’s Prophecy Productions, whilst the Don’t Believe, Watch Out album is up now for pre-save and pre-order. For news on the album and live dates, check out the official Pencey Sloe Instagram and Facebook accounts.
