New Music: Ava Raiin – Steady

Originally from Minneapolis but now residing in Hell’s Kitchen, singer Ava Raiin has followed up the dark downtempo soul of Eagle Eye with her new track Steady – a powerful mix of alternative R&B, synths and soaring melodies, the chilled arrangement of the track working as a great counterpoint to the warmth and effortless emotion of her voice.

Over the last few years Raiin has shared stages with Blood Orange/DevHynes, Carly Rae Jepsen, Melissa Etheridge, The Chainsmokers, BLEACHERS, Solange, Chrisette Michele and others. She appears on Blood Orange’s Freetown Sound album and continues to tour with him.

Steady  features Ava Raiin’s recently released self-titled album, you can check it out over on Spotify and the album is available to buy on iTunes.
