New Music: bobsled team – analita

Belfast-based duo bobsled team are unapologetically and joyously in debt to the UK and American indie scenes of the 80s and early 90s on analita. It’s a charmer for sure, as they sing about a ghostly experience.

The vocals centre the song, bright and clear with a hint of innocence and amazement to them. The drums spar with a jangling guitar as the melody loops and thrills, as the song lives between the introspective sounds of classic C86 moods and a more brash Breeders style swagger. An album of this is going to be so much fun!

Head to Bandcamp to download analita, which can also be heard on Apple Music and YouTube Music. The track will also feature on the upcoming album by the band.
