New Music: NOOA - Wanderer

Finnish–Italian electronic pop band NOOA says their new single Wanderer is the beginning of a more active phase for the band in terms of releases. When you hear the song, you are bound to be glad of that.

The quartet (Noora Salmi, Mikko Patama, Petri Kytö, and Ranieri Scoccia) whip a frothy, fresh blend of synthpop on Wanderer. The bright, breezy vocal delivery dances around the strings and melody, lending the contemplative lyrics an air of positivity and panache that’s sure to ensnare the listener’s thoughts and mood, offering real food for thought.

Says NOOA singer and lyricist Noora Salmi about the song, ’Wanderer talks about being an outsider, a feeling we all share to some extent, and this idea of always having to be more or have more in order to belong or to be accepted.”

Wanderer is out now and available to stream or download on all major platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify. Be sure to check the NOOA out over on Instagram and Facebook to keep up with news about NOOA and forthcoming releases.
