New Music: War Orphan – War Dance

War Dance from War Orphan’s Unite album wraps sonic terror, call for self-awakening and a strong message about social media into two and a half minutes of exhilarating and energising thrash/hardcore.

The band, which features ex-members of Sick of It All, Reach and the current singer of Barfbag want us to set ourselves free, look up, and look around us. It’s a powerful message delivered in a breathless, no-nonsense style.

Says the New York based band about War Dance, “This song is about putting down your technology, looking people in the eye and having a human interaction.”

The parent album – Unite – was released on the 17th of February via Stay Gold Records and can be streamed on Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.
